Do you have a subscription service?
Yes, we offer different subscription plans to make the process of receiving HypoCBD on time and at a discount convenient for you. You can choose between a monthly, semi-annual, and annual subscription plan that allows you to save money and set up your order to be automatically delivered once a month. Simply choose the option that works for you on our product plan page.
Need more than one bottle each month?
Not a problem. Just setup an additional monthly subscription plan for each bottle you need a month that works for you. For example: You end up using 2 bottles a month, just order one subscription per bottle you need. Discounts apply separately for each subscription plan.
How do your plans work?
With a monthly plan, we will send you your order of HYPO CBD each month and bill you monthly as well. This plan continues to renew automatically. You can cancel at any time prior to the shipment of your next bottle to prevent your subscription from renewing.
With a prepaid plan, you can sign up for monthly deliveries of HYPO CBD for a period of 6 or 12 months. By paying upfront, you receive a significant discount on the cost per bottle. Your order will still be shipped to you monthly and your prepaid plan will renew automatically at the end of the 6-month or 12-month period. We will remind you of this via email 30 days prior to your renewal. You can view your subscription renewal date online in the subscription settings on the account details page.
How do the pre-paid membership plans work?
With a pre-paid plan, you can sign up for monthly deliveries of HYPO CBD for a period of 6 or 12 months, and receive a significant discount to your cost per bottle by paying upfront. Your order will still be shipped to you monthly, and your pre-paid plan will renew automatically at the end of the 6-month or 12-month period. We will notify you of this several weeks prior to your renewal.
Do I need to sign up for a membership plan?
Our monthly delivery plans for HYPO CBD are our most cost-effective options. You can also place a single bottle purchase order with us.
When does my subscription renew?
You can view your subscription renewal date from your subscription settings in your account.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the “Login” page, you will see a “forgot password” link you can click to generate a new password, which will be emailed to the email address associated with your account from firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I update my account?
You can change your personal information at anytime in your EirTree Health account. To change your shipping or billing information, please visit your subscription settings section of your account. Changes to your contact information, such as your e-mail address or phone number, can be made in the “My Information” section.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription renewal prior to the renewal date by emailing or calling our Customer Care team at or Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MDT. Please note that if you’ve already been billed for your current subscription, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. Annual or semiannual subscriptions can’t be cancelled mid-term but we can opt you out of your auto-renewal prior to the renewal date. Read our Terms of Service.
